These candles are fantastic! If you have any wood burning fireplace without a gas starter these are for you. They completely burn up and last for over 30 minutes. They will start any kindling and logs without newspaper or paper of any kind. We buy these before every winter. You have to order early in the season because they run out of them fast.

I have used these candles to start fires in my fireplace for several years and have reordered them three or four times. I have found them the perfect way to start a fire 3 or 4 full-size logs. the best fire starters on the market. i've used the 1/2 circle starters and they very difficult to lite. once the fire is going, they make a very good fire booster if placed under an existing fire.
