Open mouth, use mouth, pharynx, throat, first spray with soap water and detergent to lubricate it, then hold the laryngoscope in left hand and put the lens into the root of tongue, pull up, then you can see the epiglottic cartilage, gradually move the lens to the root of the tongue, continue to lift the lens, the epiglottic cartilage will jump back and attach the lens, the diamond-shaped trachea under it will be clearly visible. With the right hand, the endotracheal tube is extended into the inlet and contacted with lubricant, then the tube is inserted into the trachea under direct vision.
