    5 Year Warranty

    The stated warranty term applies only to the above parts purchased from Zoncar.  

    Zoncar holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees.  Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.  

    Zoncar Axle warranties the above mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 90 days period from the date the customer receives the item.

    Zoncar will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by Zoncar.

    This expressed warranty covers only the aforementioned items, their internal parts, seals, O-rings, and gaskets.

    ABUSE, IMPROPER  INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY, and ROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warranty agreement.

    BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.  

    This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased from Zoncar.

    Zoncar assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part.  There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.  Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts.  The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies.  There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser.   Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID.

    Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to Zoncar with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.

    Zoncar assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.

    This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances.

    Zoncar, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.

    For any Zoncar warranty claims requesting cross shipping (Zoncar ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item.  

    THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.     AUTO PART: As used herein, the term auto part shall mean: a remanufactured or new auto part supplied by Zoncar.

    TERMS:

    In the case of a drive axle or rack & pinion auto part, the boot/tie rods are not warranted due to road hazard.

     

    STANDARDS: Subject to limitations contained herein, Zoncar at its option, shall repair or replace the auto part within the warranty term subject to Zoncar approval, without charge to the owner/user.

     

    LIMITATIONS: This warranty applies only to the auto part supplied by Zoncar. This warranty shall not apply to, or include any of the following:

    1. Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly.

    2. Any Zoncar auto part used for competition or related purposes.

    3. Any Zoncar auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle.

    4. Any Zoncar auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed.

    5. Any Zoncar auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.

    6. Any Zoncar auto part failing as a result of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation.

    7. Warranty shall not apply to ANY repairs and/or replacements not authorized by Zoncar.

     

    LIMITED LIABILITY:

    Zoncar under this warranty is limited liability solely to the repair or replacement of the defective parts.

    Zoncar shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from Zoncar products.

    Examples of excluded charges are labor time for alignment, fluids, and rental car reimbursement.

     

    LIMITED WARRANTY:

    This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, on the part of Zoncar, or the dealer installing the Zoncar product.     Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to Zoncar with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.

    Zoncar assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.

    This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is non-transferable under any circumstances.

    Zoncar, at our option, will replace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return the replacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.

    For any Zoncar warranty claims requesting cross shipping (Zoncar ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item.  

    THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.     2. Any Zoncar auto part used for competition or related purposes.

    3. Any Zoncar auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle.

    4. Any Zoncar auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed.

    5. Any Zoncar auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.

    6. Any Zoncar auto part failing as a result of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation.

    7. Warranty shall not apply to ANY repairs and/or replacements not authorized by Zoncar.

     

    LIMITED LIABILITY:

    Zoncar under this warranty is limited liability solely to the repair or replacement of the defective parts.

    Zoncar holds no responsibility for labor costs or installation fees.  Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.  

    Zoncar Axle warranties the above mentioned products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 90 days period from the date the customer receives the item.

    Zoncar will replace any of the above parts should that part be deemed defective by Zoncar.
