A long, black box, measuring up to about 4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, contains the high-definition 1080P camera that yields a 72° field of view, with only one button on the side to turn it off or on. You can leave it plugged in for continuous power or utilize the built-in battery to get up to 9 hours of off-the-plug use! The most amazing part is that you can set it to motion activation to get nearly 25 days of standby time! This and other extra features, such as setting the date and time of recordings or adjusting the video quality, are available through a computer program that works on Windows and Mac computers (not USB-C compatible). Almost 156 hours of 1080P video can be recorded onto the maximum size SD card this unit can hold, 256GB (not included). The entire unit can be plugged into a computer (not USB-C compatible) so that you may adjust the internal settings with the free-to-use program while it is also recharging the battery. 6-8 hours of charge is all that's needed to regain a full battery either through a computer or a USB wall charger.
