Pairing YUTRON 2.4G WIFI Smart Plug with Smart Life APP

Step 1. Scan the QR code on your plug or search " Smart Life" in your app store and install it.

Step 2. Register your Smart Life account and login 

Step 3. Plug Yutron smart plug into power receptacle

Step 4. Tap "+" on the upper right corner

Step 5. Select "Socket (Wi-Fi) from the list

Step 6. Select 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi Network and enter password

4. For Bell HomeHub router user, please UNCHECK "Keep a common network name (SSID) and password for both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz bands."

5. For Roger router user, please disable "Dual Band Steering"

Tracking & Notifications

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
