Instructions for use:
When using, the water bottle should be filled with water, make sure the cap is screwed on tightly and there is no gap, otherwise the water will leak if the internal pressure is too high.
After filling, turn the bottle upside down and touch the cup with your finger a few times to deflate the air in front of the spout so that the bottle creates a vacuum and the pressure inside and outside the bottle is balanced.
