Q: Why the camera can't be viewed on phone APP when I use it first time?
A: Firstly please charge the camera in full and reset it when you use it,Secondly,if the charging is well but no connection yet,then please check the wifi router to sure the wifi router is 2.4G wifi,or it will fail to connect.

Q: Does the camera support 24/7 continue recording?
A: No,it is an event recording camera.When detects a moving object or person, it automatically activates recording.

Q:How many days can the camera be used after full charging?
A: About 30 days,if the camera is activated less than 30 times each day and do not charged by panel or USB cable.And the solar panel can charge the camera on daylight.

Q: I install the SD card already but there is no playback video in it?
A: For the first time use,please make sure the micro SD card is brand new and not used,if the card is used before,then please formated it on PC computer not on phone and then install,it will save the motion recording normally.

Q: Why solar panels don't charge or charge slowly? Why is my camera battery low?
A: Triggers too many times a day,please turn on the human detection and set the sensitivity of the human detection and the motion detection sensitivity about 3.

In winter,camera standby power consumption increasing, we suggest use it by connecting the 5V/1A adapter when the temperature is low.

The signal is weak, the camera is offline and keeps searching for signals, which increases power consumption. Please install the camera closer to the router

Q:How far is the connection distance between the camera and the router
A:0.5-15 meters,keeping the WiFi signal strength above 70%.The number of signals passing through the wall or the thickness of the wall is different, and the connection distance is different.
