Way of Use
1. Rotate the handle sheath to the inside. The handle is free to retract. Rotate the handle sheath to the outside, the handle length is locked. The handle extends to cut thicker cables easily.
2. The movable handle is unlocked when the handle is extended, which allows you to swing it up and down freely for easy use.
3. Turn the rotary cutter blade clockwise to clamp the cable and then trigger the movable handle until the cable is cut.
4. In the cutting process, if you want to return the knife, you can lock the movable handle and then tinker with the brace red block. At this point, the hand holding the movable handle can be released. Then rotate the blade counterclockwise.
5. After cutting, the movable handle will be close to the fixed handle until it is completely retracted and locked, so that the handle can be fixed.
Notes
1. The cable cutter for hammering or being hammered, so as not to deform the blade damage, the cable cutter is not allowed to connect the long handle at will to use.
