Note:
1. The doorbell is equipped with a 1000mAh battery that can be charged. By pressing the doorbell five times per day, each call lasts 10 seconds, it can work continuously for 3 months.
2. The working mode of the doorbell is that the camera starts and connects to the screen when someone presses the doorbell. If no one presses it, the screen will not work and the camera will not turn on.
3. To ensure a stable connection, the doorbell is point-to-point connected to the screen. Therefore, the doorbell does not support third-party devices such as phones, computers or tablets.
4. When installing using screw holes, the bottom of the doorbell is firmly fixed with screws and the back plate, so it is very safe unless forcibly disassembled.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
