- The knife is 9-3/4" long, and blade is 5" long and 5/64” thick (2 mm), with a mirror finish, full tang. It's made of molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Hardness is 56-59 RC.
- This type of blade serrations can be sharpened, if needed, using a sharpening stone or sandpaper.
- The handle is triple-riveted and made of POM resin, with a soft matte finish, which will last many years without any damage. Finishing is done manually by expert artisans.
