Warm Tips:
1)If you receive a notification but cannot find any new files on the app, please exit the app, wait for 30 seconds, and check again.
2) The pictures and videos taken by the camera will be automatically compressed when uploaded to the phone, allowing for quick file uploads.
3) If you are unable to connect the trail camera to your phone, please check if the SIM card is inserted correctly. The notched part of the SIM card should face outward.
4) After inserting the SIM card, please wait for the signal to stabilize before connecting. The first connection will take a longer time.
5) The cellular trail camera supports a maximum 32GB memory card.
Warm tips: After inserting the SIM card, please wait for the signal to be stable. Look at the screen and you will find three signs flashing one by one. This is the process of SIM card detection. Once the three signs stop flashing, you can connect the trail camera to the phone.
