Continue to turn the plastic handle CLOCKWISE until you start seeing surface pressure showing on the shoe.
Turn the metal L shaped handle in a clockwise direction until you start noticing surface pressure showing on the shoe.
-For Best Results: Leave the stretcher in the shoe for approximately 24 hours.
Turn the plastic knob and the metal L shaped handle COUNTERCLOCKWISE to remove the stretcher from the shoe. These stretchers are intended for use in regular size shoes and not narrow or wide shoes.
-Targeted Pressure Points: With 4 pressure relief plugs, they loosen specific shoe areas to alleviate pain related to blisters, corns, or bunions.
