This is a full size "Poly" seamless micron net - Super Strong Polypropylene net filter that fits all the way on the bottom of your skimmer basket and room to spare for all the pool debris. Disposable, adjustable expandable band, can be used for In-ground - above-ground pools.
These will fit on any standard 8-10 inch skimmer Pool or Spa basket, with plenty of depth and room in the basket. These are pre nets for your pool skimmer, they do not tear or shred apart with heavy usage.
These Aqua skimmer basket filters act similar to a HEPA filter, the quality filtration are composed of a mesh / mat structure that are randomly arranged fibers, that are composed of light Polypropylene that meets EPA guidelines. The common assumption that a HEPA filter acts like a sieve where particles smaller than the largest opening can pass through is incorrect and impractical. Unlike membrane filters at this pore size, where particles as wide as the largest opening or distance between fibers can not pass in between them at all, HEPA type filters are designed to target much smaller pollutants and particles. These particles are trapped (they stick to a fiber) through a combination of webbing factors, and still allow ample flow of water to pass through effectively.
