If you are not satisfied or would like to exchange your item, we provide a 30 day return policy.

-Returns must be received within 30 days of initial request
-Please package items carefully for return (items damaged on the return trip may not be refunded)
-Refunds (less original shipping and return shipping costs) are issued within 1-2 business days of receipt of original item sent
-Restocking fee may apply

If the wrong item is returned the buyer must provide a prepaid shipping label if they want the incorrect item back. If the buyer does not provide a return label within 30 days, the item is forfeit. If the correct item is not received within 30 days, the refund will be denied

The product(s) MUST be returned in the same condition as shipped. If the item is returned damaged or otherwise unsalable and out of return policy window the return will be denied or 50% of the refund will be withheld. Pet apparel is non-returnable if worn and/or covered with pet hair. Items must be returned shipped packaged appropriately.

Tracking & Notifications

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
