To Order: Contact Twin City Print Shop through eBay. Let us know what you want your label to look like. Include the color of your label, the ink color, what you'd like printed on the label, and which typestyle you prefer. If you have artwork or a logo that you want printed, submit artwork to us.

Artwork: Spot color / single color requirements: If you only want text on your label, we provide typesetting at no charge. If you want other artwork (a logo, etc. printed on your labels), then please provide us with the artwork. 1-color, high resolution digital electronic art, a b&w PDF file is preferred.

Specifications / Options:

Adhesives: Permanent adhesive. Removable adhesive is also available on white gloss and white matte litho labels only. Designed for application at room temperature to a clean, dry, non-oily, smooth, flat surface for indoor use. Not tamperproof. Inquire if tamperproof is needed. 

Optional freezer adhesive, add 10%: For application as low as -20 degrees F, with a service temperature range of -65 degrees F to +200 degrees F. Available on White Gloss and White Litho material only.

Label materials: Standard labels are for indoor use only and are not weather, moisture, or fade resistant.

High Gloss: High quality appearance. Not recommended when label materials are to be written on. Available with permanent or removable adhesive.

Matte Litho: High quality coated litho stock for excellent print characteristics. Available with permanent or removable adhesive.

Fluorescents: Matte paper with attention-getting bright colors. Recommend black ink only. Permanent adhesive only.

Paper Foils: Silver or Gold Foil available with a bright or dull finish. Permanent adhesive only. Not for application to equipment or to be written on.

Weatherproof or fade resistant: Contact us for pricing and availability,

Inks: Ink colors are most accurate on white labels. Black ink is recommended on colored labels (colored inks may appear different on colored label material - see sample photos below).

Our non-standard inks are not fade resistant. If label will be exposed to extensive sunlight, a fade resistant ink and UV coating may be needed. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Optional inks:

• 15 non-standard ink colors, $15
• PMS color match, $35
• Fluorescent, $40: Standard fluorescent inks (801 - Blue, 802 - Green, 804 - Orange, 805 - Red, 806 - Pink). For indoor use only - not fade or scuff resistant.
• Metallic, $40: (872 - Gold, 877 - Silver). For indoor use only - not fade or scuff resistant.

Barcodes: Static barcodes are available for a variety of applications. UPC barcodes are created at no additional cost with guaranteed readability. Price for other varieties of barcodes is $8.00 (flat). If you provide the barcode, we cannot guarantee readability.

Blank Labels: 20% discount on pricing.

Bleeds $15.00: A bleed is when ink runs to the edge of the label. When providing artwork, please extend the bleed area(s) to 1/16" beyond the label edge.

Borders: No charge unless border prints within 1/16" of the label edge.

Consecutive Numbering: Available on most labels. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Reverses: Minimum 7 pt sans serif fonts.

Screens $15.00: Electronic artwork is required for labels requiring a screen count (up to 150 lpi) or with screen graduations. 

Short rolls $0.50/roll: Standard quantity = 1,000 labels per roll. For short rolls of 100-500 labels per roll, there is a per roll charge.

Unwind direction: If unwind direction is critical, please contact us.

Shipping time varies with custom printing, as we may require your approval for the layout, to verify colors, type styles, etc. Plain text labels will typically be shipped within 3 days of the proof approval; more complicated labels may take longer. Great care is taken during packing to ensure safe transit. We use strong boxes, bubble wrap, recycled paper and recycled anti-static peanuts to protect your item. Combined Shipping - If you purchase more then one item at the same time, we will combine the items when possible into one box to save on shipping charges. If an item is damaged from shipping by any carrier, please notify us within three days of delivery (keep the box and packing material so the shipper may inspect the damaged package when filing the claim). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Prices shown for shipping DO NOT include any Duty, Import, or Brokerage Fees, or any other fees or taxes associated with and collected by international shipping carriers, other than the actual cost of shipping the product. UPS and USPS often charge fees that are due upon delivery. You may choose USPS Express Mail International or UPS - but you are encouraged to research the associated fees from each carrier.
