The jaw muscle trainer is the ideal device to train the jaw muscles and achieve a well-shaped jaw line. The 10-piece set includes 5 adjustable training levels that are suitable for beginners and advanced users alike. The device is made of food grade silicone, a safe and hygienic material that can be used completely safely.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Start with the device at the lowest resistance level. Clean the device with lukewarm water and mild soap before and after each use.
Step 2: Place the silicone jaw trainer between the upper and lower molars, in the middle of your mouth.
Step 3: Gently press the jaw to hold the trainer in place.
Step 4: Tighten your jaw and facial muscles by squeezing your jaw for 20-30 seconds and pausing for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times, depending on how good you feel and how strong you are.
Step 5: Repeat the process gradually until you feel comfortable with the highest resistance level.
