How Is TUOKS Hardware Cloth Produced?
TUOKS hardware cloth is made of welded and then galvanized wire to ensure that we offer the best product.
1. The welding method involves applying high heat and pressure to create a permanent bond between the wires at their intersection points. This process will create a stronger, more rigid mesh. So TUOKS hardware cloth that are galvanized after welding are strong and durable.
2. After welding, TUOKS hardware cloth will be galvanized to enhance its durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. TUOKS hardware cloth are made by dipping the welded mesh into a molten zinc bath. Because it is covered with so much zinc, it will last for years.
