We can also take a credit card payment by email or phone, just please provide the credit card number, expiration date, security code, full name on the card, billing address registered with the card and shipping address.

Shipping Details  

  • Shipping charges will apply to all auctions (unless "Free Shipping" is clearly stated) and items will not be shipped unless appropriate shipping fees have been paid.
  • If you are shopping and planning on purchasing more then one item, please just put them all in your shopping cart as once before checking out.  This will give you the calculated combined shipping rate. This can't be done if you "Buy It Now" on each item individually.
  • All saddles are shipped in their own individual boxes so we can not do a combined shipping on more than one saddle, however we can ship other smaller items that can be put in the box with the saddle.
  • We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for shipping Monday through Friday.
  • Depending on the size of the item and shipping destination we use the service we feel is best for that item.
  • We try very hard to ship either same day or next day after payment has been received. Some circumstances will take up to 3 business days. Monday through Friday. If we have a problem with shipping your item out quickly we will contact you. Problems do arise occasionally that create a delay in shipment.
  • Also all tracking details will be loaded on the ebay site attached to the transaction.
  • If you have any special shipping requests, like UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, Postal Express, ship to a difference address, etc, just please contact us, we will do what we can to help!!!

    We appreciate our International Customers and are always happy to help you if we can!! We use USPS for all International Orders. The most used shipping service for International orders is International Priority Mail, however we can also use Global Express, Express Mail International, Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box, Priority Mail International Large Flat Rate Box or First Class International shipping. All have different shipping and delivery time frames and prices. Please note that First Class is the slowest, can not be tracked and it can only be used when an item is under 4 pounds.

This program allows us to ship saddles by International Priority Mail which we previously could only ship Global Express (A very costly option). Please pay attention to the options on the listing, it will show the Shipping costs and the import charges (The import charges will include all taxes and duty so when you receive your package there will be no extra or unexpected fees) This service is now allowing us to be able to ship saddles that require larger boxes to our International Customers.

    Return: 

    You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    Shipping Cost

    We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund:

    • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

    Refund Processing 

    • Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

    • Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

    Claims: 

    Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support  Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.

    WRONG PRODUCT: 

    If you discover your order is flawed please contact us Mail: support@ibspot.com. With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
