Restocking Fee:

As we individually refurbish and rigorously test each unit after you purchase them, we require a restocking fee for all returned items. If you return a unit for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refunded amount.

If in the first 14-days, if you send your item in for repair, you will not be charged a restocking fee and will not be responsible for return shipping. See our repair policy below.

If you purchase one of our refurbished units and the item doesn't turn on and/or doesn't perform its basic functions when using the appropriate cables, power supplies, and/or any other materials needed to operate the item (said materials may or may not be included in the original listingwithin 90 days of the date of delivery, IW will bring the item in for repair by our certified technicians.
