- Universal Keyboard - TOPENS TC188 universal keyboard is an intelligent access control keyboard with advanced TOPENS code technology. By entering the short password, you can open your gate without a key. The flexible connection modes "wired & wireless" are available for you to choose from. As an ideal safety accessory, TC188 greatly improves keyless operation, provides high comfort and simplifies guest access to your gate drive system.
- Intelligent design - This keyboard is suitable for household, yard, ranch, warehouse and other commercial/industrial locations. Weather resistance for all seasons. LED backlight illuminates keypad automatically in poor visibility. Made of high-quality heat-resistant and durable deformation resistant materials, it provides stable protection in bad weather with a long-term performance. The battery lasts up to 2 years at 5 actuations per day.
- Safe to use - Supports up to 64 access codes (4 digits), including temporary and permanent codes. The temporary password is easy to manage and program for the guest/deliverer. You can mount this TC188 keyboard on the input, exit or either side of your gate. TOPENS code technology prevents unwanted access and ensures multiple protection. Dual channel transmitter design can separately operate two different drives.
- Wide Compatibility - Works with all TOPENS gate operators and compatible with most other brands' wing/sliding gate operators whose control board receives the signal "normally open dry contact". TC188 is powered by 9VDC carbon battery (incl.), control board of the gate drive or from an external 9-24VAC/DC power source. Attention The keyboard only works with gate/garage door operators and does not support other access control systems.
- Wireless & Wired Mode - Supplied with a 6F22 carbon battery. Wireless mode is recommended for fewer cable connections. Easy DIY installation & easy programming within minutes. Connected to ERM12 external receiver (sold separately), TC188 will wirelessly operate other brands' gate operator. On the other hand, wired mode is a good solution for places where frequency interference or switch box is installed far away.

Wireless mode
- In this mode, a TC188 keyboard can operate countless gate drives at the same time under ideal conditions (no signal interference).
- If you want to control the gate operators separately, a keyboard can access a maximum of two swing gate operators or one sliding gate operator each.
- A gate operator can be programmed directly with 8 pieces of TC188 keyboards and with the TOPENS ERM12 external receiver (not included) a maximum of 250 keyboards.
- In this mode, it is not recommended to mount the keyboard near metal structures to avoid signal interference.
