- Professional quality: a titanium abrasive cutting disc is made of high-quality corundum grain and is reinforced with resin-bonded fibreglass mesh. The disc has a diameter of 125 mm, a thickness of only 1.2 mm and a standard centre hole of 22.23 mm in diameter.
- Precise: thanks to the low thickness of the grinding wheels of 1.2 mm, fast, precise and clean cutting performance with minimal burr and material waste.
- Materials: The flex discs are suitable for metal types such as aluminium, steel, iron, sheet metal, stainless steel, copper, brass, as well as for mineral and synthetic materials.
- Use: the cutting discs have a hardness of T41 and are suitable for all standard cutting and angle grinders with a rotation of up to 12250 per minute (RPM)
- Certified: The discs meet the European standard EN 12413 and ISO 9001 and have been certified by the MPA Hannover. They are therefore ideal for professional continuous use.

The titanium abrasive cutting discs of professional quality are suitable for all standard cutting grinders and angle grinders and are characterised by a very long service life and an optimal price-performance ratio. Thanks to the thickness of only 1.2 mm, the cutting disc is very thin and thus allows precise and millimetre precise work with clean cuts with a low burr formation. The use of a special Bakelite fibreglass mesh achieves the maximum acceleration of 80 m/s, which increases the cutting performance. For vertical cutting only. Please wear suitable protective equipment during use and do not exceed the specified maximum speed (max. 12,250 RPM, max. Linear speed 80m/s)
