Tarihi Değirmenci Sozen is a 120-year-old Turkish family-run business that sells hand-made, manual coffee grinders and mills. Hand-made brass coffee mills are suitable for Turkish Coffee and French Press. Coffee can be milled coarser by loosening the screw found under the mill. Hand mill is the only and the most important product enabling holding together the coffee without losing its nice odor in its powdery form and without dispersing it, instead of grinding and scattering the coffee core. Sozen grinders have a very sensitive and adjustable grinding mechanism inside, which makes these grinders being a well-known mill brand all over the world. This manual coffee mill is the ultimate compliment for your kitchen appliance usage. The mill's manual grounding mechanism is designed to maximize the flavor and aroma of your cup of coffee. Premium coffee deteriorates as soon as its ground and cannot be reversed. There is nothing quite like freshly grinding and brewing your coffee beans, both as an indulgent pleasure and a way to get through the day.
