This watch features an adaptive training guidance system, which creates a seven-day workout plan based on your fitness level and training history, custom-made to help you get in the best shape possible without going too hard or too easy on yourself. And if you find yourself missing some workouts or doing more than you expected, the watch will automatically adjust the training plan for the rest of the week to give you both the recovery and regular exercise you need to hit your peak. Speaking of recovery, this watch also lets you monitor your stress and recovery levels to ensure that you won't be overworking yourself, and that you won't be doing it too soon after another workout. That's just one of the many health-tracking features this watch has, including a sleep-tracker that lets you view the length and quality of your sleep, a step counter and heart-rate monitor to track your all-day fitness, and a calorie tracker to show you how many calories you burn throughout your everyday activities. Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
