- 1. The hardened steel nozzles, each of which is CNC formed by five axes. Higher temperature, higher wear resistance, better durability. Can be perfectly compatible with special filaments such as PEI, PEEK, carbon, fibre blend, fibreglass blend and other materials. (Tolerance 0.01mm)
- 2. The heatbreak has been replaced with TC4 material in GRADE5. High quality raw material. High precision production for excellent thermal insulation between heater and cooling block. Strict quality assurance. No burrs, clean surface. (Reduces the likelihood of filament blockage)
- 3. The heat sink and heating block is high-quality fine processing aluminium. It is not inferior or cheap aluminum. Coupled with high-precision CNC machining and strict quality assurance, the high-quality HOTEND kit brings.
- 4. The HT-NTC100K B3950 thermistor cartridge is easy to replace, has high stability and is more accurate in temperature measurement. It adopts advanced manufacturing technology and sensitively detects temperature changes and helps you improve print quality. (These sensors are able to measure higher temperatures up to 300°C).
- 5. Note: If you want to print high temperature materials, the temperature is over 300 °C. Please replace the thermistor and the aluminium heating block. Compatible with V6 Hotend, Volcano Hotend. V6 Heatsink Titanium extruder. Dual Driver Extruder (This is a kit, you need to assemble it yourself.)
