Warranty Policy
BatterySharks offers a warranty of 12 months on standard Sealed Lead Acid batteries, 6 months on motorcycle batteries, 12 months on UPS batteries and 60 months on ballasts. We will replace all batteries that fail to operate due to some performance or material defects. The warranty does not apply to batteries that fail to operate due to extreme or inappropriate usage, improper charging or application. Warranty will be voided if a product has been left at a charge level, lower than what is considered minimum for the battery to perform effectively when installed. We do not replace a product due to short circuits or damaged applications.
The warranty periods starts from the delivery date of the order in question. To qualify for replacement under warranty a battery must be in an unaltered condition. The original packing slip and invoice are needed when a warranty is claimed.
If you request a replacement under warranty, we may ask you to provide us with the battery’s readings taken with a voltage meter. BatterySharks keeps the right to test a battery when returned and to refuse replacing if any of the above exceptions are found.
Return Policy
We have a Free 30-day Returns policy, which means that you may return your order free of charge within this period. To do this, you need to contact us within 30 days after the delivery date, so we could provide you with instructions regarding the return. In line with the instructions you will receive, you need to start a return through eBay to receive a free return label. As soon as you have it, please send your order back before the deadline stated in the instructions. You should receive this eBay return label right after you fulfill your information in the return form. You need to return your order with the original invoice. All items must be in unused and unaltered condition.
If we did send you the wrong item, the same return procedure applies and BatterySharks will send you the right replacement.
If an item is delivered damaged, it will be exchanged at no cost with a brand new replacement. Just send us pictures of the damaged item and we will ship you a brand new one.
