Important Safety Information

  • Please do not discard the decorative film and use the powder carefully to prevent spills.

  • When removing the decorative film, slide it gently to avoid damaging the powder surface.

  • Do not use the puff when it is wet.

  • If the puff becomes dirty, it may cause the powder surface to harden or reduce adhesion to the skin. Always keep the puff clean.

  • To clean the puff, use the separately sold Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N or dilute a mild detergent in lukewarm water. Gently press-wash the dirty areas with your fingertips. Avoid scrubbing too hard or soaking the puff, as this may damage it.

  • Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent, squeeze out excess water, and dry the puff completely in a shaded area before reuse.

  • If the puff no longer feels smooth or the finish deteriorates when using it as a face powder, please purchase the separately sold Snow Beauty Smooth Fit Puff N.

  • Ensure the container is completely closed when carrying it.

  • Be cautious of impact, such as dropping the container, as the contents may break.

  • Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, or humidity.

  • If your skin shows any abnormal reaction after exposure to sunlight, discontinue use immediately.

 


How to Use

For Morning and Daytime Use (Face Powder):
After applying toner, lotion, or makeup base, or as a finishing touch over foundation or for touch-ups.
For best results, use with a makeup base or foundation containing UV protection.
Take an appropriate amount of powder using the included Smooth Fit Puff (thin puff) and gently apply to the entire face.
For touch-ups, blot excess oil with tissue paper before application.

For Nighttime Skincare Use:
After applying toner, lotion, or cream, take an appropriate amount of powder with the included Soft Puff (thick puff).
Gently apply to the entire face and smooth out evenly.
If using for morning skincare, combine with a lotion or product containing UV protection.

How to Use the Special Amulet Pouch:
Place the compact in the pouch and store the Soft Puff (thick puff) in the transparent inner pocket.
Be sure to wipe off any remaining powder from the puff with tissue paper before storing it.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
