The trend is clearly towards sea salt in the kitchen. In addition to potassium, magnesium and manganese, the sea salt contains sodium chloride. Open the chilli pepper and remove the seeds and cut into very small pieces. Pick off the rosemary needles and the tyhmic sheets. Put everything together on a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to dry in the oven at 100 °C, place a spoon in the oven door so that it is not completely closed. After approx. Mince everything together in the food processor for 30 minutes - the delicious spice salt is ready.
