A signed & dated receipt with a written statement on corporate letterhead from the postage meter repair technician, stating that our ink was the sole and direct cause of the damage, and the broken component.
Please note that our liability shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resell-able condition. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on, or altered. Product must be securely packaged and insured with carrier. A tracking number must also be provided. Customer is responsible for shipping the returned product and refund may be at seller’s discretion if not returned in resell-able condition.
