The spice celery seeds (whole) is a basic spice and at the same time an all-rounder for preparing soups, sauces, stews, bread and salty pastries. Even ground or used whole, celery seeds are a natural flavour.
With the Saliamo celery seeds you can create your own celery salt or give your homemade tomato sauces and BBQ sauces a special taste. Test our celery seeds for homemade Coleslaw (American cabbage salad) or as a bread spice.
For a typical American Coleslaw white cabbage, carrots and onions in fine, thin, approx. 3 cm long strips and season with mustard, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mayonnaise and of course celery seeds. It is best to leave it overnight. The Coleslaw is pure or on a hearty burger a pleasure.
For BBQ fans, celery seeds are now considered a secret ingredient to give meat marinades and barbecue sauces that special kick. Or use celery seeds for a Bloody Mary, fish and vegetable dishes, yoghurt and curd dishes, or simply in a salad.
Of course, our celery seeds are also suitable for homemade celery seed tea.
