I would like to introduce the design of Saccater Earplugs. Saccater, pronounced as /sæˈkeɪtə/, is based on the botanical term 'saccate', commonly used in botany to describe the 'pouch-like' and 'bag-like' structures of flowers or plants, such as Nematanthus, Bellflowers, and so on. We are a team of brothers who design the ear tips, earplugs, carry cases, storage boxes, and even the packaging. We are interested in the 'bag-like' type of plants and found that the ear tip resembles the 'bag-like' or 'saccate' shape, so we redesigned the structures and shapes of the ear tips and earplugs, and also the carry case into a saccate shape. All of these parts of the product are totally new mold developments, showing bold features different from any other earplugs on the market.
Furthermore, the saccate shape of the ear tip is more suitable for the ear canal, and the saccate shape of the plug is much more comfortable for the concha of the outer ear. This makes Saccater earplugs more friendly to side sleepers, as the small soft earplug sits entirely in the outer ear without any discomfort.
