1.Can I dye the hair extensions?
Of course you can. RUNATURE Hair Extensions are all made by human hair, so they can be dyed,curled and straightened like your own hair. Please Do Not Bleach The Extensions. Bleaching can cause great damage to our own hair, not to mention the hair extensions. The extensions have no roots to absorb nutrients, so they are more fragile than our own hair.
2. Do I need to wash my hair before wearing the tape hair extensions?
Yes, better do. Do not use any conditioner or essential oil. Keep your hair clean and dry will make the tapes stick more firmly.
3. Why is my wavy hair extension shorter than the indicated length?
The length of the hair extension is measured in a straightened state. So if you ordered one pack curly hair extensions with a label of 20 Inch. That means the hair is 20 Inch when it is straightened, but visually, it may only be 16 inch to 18 inch depending on the degree of curl.
4. Do the tapes need to be replaced regularly?
Yes. Due to long time use or effect of shampoo, the tapes viscosity will slowly decline. We suggest that you replace the tapes every 4-6 weeks.(We provide you with extra six tapes per pack for replacement )
