1. How to store the remaining roll-on wax
The depilatory waxing cartridge needs to be placed upright and covered with the lid of the wax box to prevent dust from contaminating the wax box and affecting the next use.
2. Steps for the second use
(Because the wax box is not used up all at once. There will be residual wax at the exit of the wax box. If not used for a long time, the wax will solidify and block the exit. Therefore, rolling the wax box during the second use will be more difficult to roll than during the first use.)
a. Heat the wax box for 15 to 20 minutes, then roll it back and forth on the wax strips 3 to 5 times, or more, until the box rolls smoothly.
b. Discard the waxed paper used for the test. The waxed paper used for the test is not evenly smeared, which will affect the depilation effect. Need to take a new waxing paper for depilation operation.
Important Tips
1. Before you start your waxing session make sure your skin is clean.
2. Do not apply wax over cuts, burns, or wounds.
3. Cut the power before cleaning.
4. Don't use it on sagging skin, or skins that have other problems.
5. Don't expose to sunlight and UV for 24 hours after wax treatment.
6. Wax is insoluble in water. You can use the oil bag we provide you to clean up the residual wax on your skin, baby oil, almond oil, coconut oil... all of them will work just fine.
7. If not in use, please disconnect the wax heater from the charging cable to avoid fire.
8. When using the wax roll on kit, the wax will solidify as it cools. If the wax box has cooled, it needs to be reheated.
9. Since the wax box will become hot after heating, please do not take the wax box out of the wax heater for hair removal to avoid burns. Please insert the wax box into the heater when using.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
