How to Use:
Heat Therapy:
* Clean the microwave to remove any oil or food residue.
* Heat the microwave heating pad for 60 sec. (For non-carousel microwaves, microwave the product for 30 sec the very first time, then rotate it 180° and microwave it another 30 sec).
* Lightly touch test the microwave pillow before use. If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 10 sec.
*The heated neck wrap can provide 20-30 minutes of moist heat therapy.
*DO NOT OVER HEAT!!
Cold Therapy:
*Chill the neck wrap in freezer for 4 hours. Expect 8-10 minutes of cold therapy.
