We have to place value on the time our techs spend on your parts becuase it insures that our techs will exhaust all possible solutions. Companies that do not charge to diagnose will not invest the same amount of time in complex problems. Our Diagnostic Fee is built into the price you pay, it's not an extra charge. In the event we can't repair your item we will refund you what you paid and retain the diagnostic fee of $75.00.

2.  If you see FREE SHIPPING in the listing, this is in reference to the the shipping costs back to you once the repair is complete. It is not for the shipping to our facility.

3. THIS IS NOT A PART! This is a Service. If you arrived here thinking it was a part, it's because your part is discontinued. Our company provides an alternative to replacing your applinace when controls are discontinued. This means you will have to ship your part to us. We will then repair it and ship it back to you. It's a little more involved than ordering a part, but since a part isn't available, it means that the only other option is to replace your entire appliance.

We do not want to be the punching bag when your customer yells at you for something you didn't tell them because you rushed through the creation of this order. 

6. Our Turnaround Time is about 5-7 business days. That is an average. That means that it's sometimes shorter and sometimes longer. We never know what is going to arrive each day and becuase of that it can dramatically affect how many repairs get done each day. We offer a flat rate service for the majority of our repairs, although rare, there are few exceptions that can sometimes require additional fees. Through our proprietary repair process, our service will correct all major failures with your appliance and/or electronic control board(s). We have some seriously smart technicians that will use highly developed skills and a touch of wizardry to repair what someone else probably told you needed to be replaced. We even warranty our work! Here are some things you should know:
  • We are a US Based, English speaking company right in the heart of America in Lenexa, Kansas.
  • When you call us, we answer, and if we put you on hold, it will be the best on hold experience you have ever had.
  • Our success rate is about 98%.
  • Our warranty is the best warranty in our industry because we cover ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE after you receive your repaired your part. Please see our warranty for more details.
  • We offer a expedited repair service and overnight shipping if needed. Otherwise our standard repair time is approximately 7 - 10 business days (not counting shipping).
  • We sell parts! If a part is available, we can sell you a part instead. They are more expensive but do provide a quicker turnaround.

  • Error Codes Most codes are directly related to the control board. You can check our troubleshooting section to see what your error code means. If the board is the problem we can fix it!
  • Display Issues Display not working, intermittently going out, or just really dim? We can sometimes fix this without even replacing the display. However, if we have to replace the display there may be an extra charge.
  • Electrical Shock Damage form lighting or power surges can quickly damage components. While not all problems can be fixed, we have a very high success rate at repairing components damaged by electrical shock.
  • Broil Issues If your broil function stops working, first check the element. If it's functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. No need to throw the appliance away, we can fix this!
  • Bake Issues If your bake function stops working, first check the element. If it's functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. No need to throw the appliance away, we can fix this!
  • Convection Issues If your convection function stops working, first check the element and/or fan. If it's functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. No need to throw the appliance away, we can fix this!
  • Clean Cycle Issues If your clean function stops working, first check both elements. If they are functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. No need to throw the appliance away, we can fix this!

The Repair Process
 
  • Create Order Creating an order is simple. Type your part number into the search box and add the service to your shopping cart. From there follow the onscreen prompts. It takes about 5 minutes or less to create a service order. If you don't know your part number give us a call!
  • Print Instructions Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your receipt and very specific instructions. Simply follow them the best you can. Call us if you get lost because it's important you follow them to ensure your repair process goes smoothly.
  • Pack and Ship One of your most important steps! Make sure you read the instructions and follow them as closely as possible. This will ensure your order doesn't get delayed once it arrives. You can ship your part to us using any major carrier of your choosing.
  • Arrival Once your part arrives, it will be processed in. We document all contents sent and make sure all needed parts were sent. In the event you did not include something, we will contact you. You are then placed into the repair queue.
  • Repair Time Once you are placed in the queue you will receive an email update. It takes about 7 - 10 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time. Same day repairs are available if needed for an additional fee.
  • Repaired and Returned Once we complete the repair we will send you an email with your tracking number. We process shipments the same day it's repaired. Shipments are picked up the very next morning. Standard shipping is about 3-4 days, but expedited shipping is available.

  • Damage by 3rd Party Everyone makes mistakes, including the professionals who install these parts for a living. If you hire someone to install it and they make a mistake and damage the part, no problem, we warranty that too.
  • Everything Else We could spend days listing all the things that could cause damage, but we won't, because it's all covered! As long as the part hasn't been damaged to the point of no return it's covered!
Service Fees - Exlcusions - Refunds - Expectations
 
  • Now for the part where we talk about all the things no one wants to talk about... There are some important things you need to know before you decide to do business with us. Customer Service and Integrity are very important to us. Which is why we take the time to outline all the "fine print" of our terms and conditions. We encourage everyone to read them but we have picked out the most important things you need to know BEFORE you choose to do business with us.
  • Diagnostic Fee While our job is very rewarding, it is also very stressful and time-consuming. As such, all orders have a $75.00 diagnostic fee built into the price. This portion of what you pay is non-refundable regardless of the outcome and becomes non-refundable the day your part arrives at our facility. If you purchase our service, you are agreeing to this.
  • Time To Complete Repair The majority of our orders are shipped out in 7 - 10 business days or less starting the morning AFTER your part arrives. This is not a guarantee on time. Delays can and do happen. Because we are all normal people with families and lives outside of work, please understand that we pour our heart and soul into EVERY order, no matter how long it takes.
  • Keypads/Touchpads Keypads/Touchpads whether built into the part we are repairing or separate, are NOT included in our repair fee unless you are purchasing specifically a repair service for such. However, if you send the keypad/touchpad with the control board we will diagnose it for free! If it is malfunctioning we will quote you the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Accidental Order Refunds If you order this service by mistake, or, you change your mind, no problem! You have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund if your part was never sent to us. If we receive your part prior to your request the diagnostic fee of $75.00 will be charged and is non-refundable. The remaining portion of the service fee is refundable.
  • Non-Repairable Orders Unfortunately in our industry not everything can be repaired. If your part can't be repaired we will retain the diagnostic fee of $75.00 and refund the remaining amount. Please know that we do everything in our power to repair your part, if it is deemed non-repairable it's a decision that was not made lightly.
  • Shipping Charges Shipping charges are refundable as long as the item hasn't been shipped. If your part was deemed non-repairable and you have us recycle it, shipping charges you paid will be refunded. If we at any point in the transaction ship the part to you the shipping charges become non-refundable.
  • Proprietary Parts Circuit boards can contain proprietary components. Proprietary components contain protected data or components that were made specifically for that part. Micro-Controllers, Screens, Transformers, and Keypads are proprietary. If they need to be replaced, there will be an additional fee based on the cost of the component needed.
  • Donor List If a proprietary component is bad and can't be immediately sourced, we will give you the option of keeping the order active while we hunt down the proprietary component needed to complete the repair. Choosing to go on the donor list makes the entire service non-refundable due to the time investment to locate the component.

We offer a flat rate service for the majority of our repairs, although rare, there are few exceptions that can sometimes require additional fees. Through our proprietary repair process, our service will correct all major failures with your appliance and/or electronic control board(s). We have some seriously smart technicians that will use highly developed skills and a touch of wizardry to repair what someone else probably told you needed to be replaced. We even warranty our work!     Error Codes Most codes are directly related to the control board. You can check our troubleshooting section to see what your error code means. If the board is the problem we can fix it!

    Display Issues Display not working, intermittently going out, or just really dim? We can sometimes fix this without even replacing the display. However, if we have to replace the display there may be an extra charge.

    Electrical Shock Damage form lighting or power surges can quickly damage components. While not all problems can be fixed, we have a very high success rate at repairing components damaged by electrical shock.

    Broil Issues If your broil function stops working, first check the element. If it's functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. No need to throw the appliance away, we can fix this!

    Temperature Issues If your temperature is getting too hot or not hot enough, Check your temperature probe first. If that is good, then the control board is the problem. We can solve this problem for you!

    Defrost Issues If the defrost function isn't working, make sure the fans are good first. If they are functioning properly then the control board needs to be repaired. We can fix this for you!

    Bad Transformers The transformer converts high voltage down to a lower voltage for the control board. They are either part of the board or separate. We can fix these if they go bad, however, replacements do cost extra.

    Bad Keypad Keyboard is non-responsive or causing error codes? Check and clean the connection, if that doesn't fix it, the keypad and/or control board could be the issue. We can fix it! Please note that keypads are not included in the price of our control board repair.

    Bad IC / MCU MCU (Micro-Controller), Display Driver IC, or EEPROM bad? We can re-program a new chip for most boards. Please note however that additional charges will apply as this is not part of our standard repair fee.

The Repair Process

    Create Order Creating an order is simple. Type your part number into the search box and add the service to your shopping cart. From there follow the onscreen prompts. It takes about 5 minutes or less to create a service order. If you don't know your part number give us a call!

    Print Instructions Once you complete your order you will receive an email with your receipt and very specific instructions. Simply follow them the best you can. Call us if you get lost because it's important you follow them to ensure your repair process goes smoothly.

    Pack and Ship One of your most important steps! Make sure you read the instructions and follow them as closely as possible. This will ensure your order doesn't get delayed once it arrives. You can ship your part to us using any major carrier of your choosing.

    Arrival Once your part arrives, it will be processed in. We document all contents sent and make sure all needed parts were sent. In the event you did not include something, we will contact you. You are then placed into the repair queue.

    Repair Time Once you are placed in the queue you will receive an email update. It takes about 7 - 10 business days to complete your repair, but given the nature of our work, delays can and do happen from time to time. Same day repairs are available if needed for an additional fee.

    Repaired and Returned Once we complete the repair we will send you an email with your tracking number. We process shipments the same day it's repaired. Shipments are picked up the very next morning. Standard shipping is about 3-4 days, but expedited shipping is available.

Service Fees - Exlcusions - Refunds - Expectations
 
  • Now for the part where we talk about all the things no one wants to talk about... There are some important things you need to know before you decide to do business with us. Customer Service and Integrity are very important to us. Which is why we take the time to outline all the "fine print" of our terms and conditions. We encourage everyone to read them but we have picked out the most important things you need to know BEFORE you choose to do business with us.

    Diagnostic Fee While our job is very rewarding, it is also very stressful and time-consuming. As such, all orders have a $75.00 diagnostic fee built into the price. This portion of what you pay is non-refundable regardless of the outcome and becomes non-refundable the day your part arrives at our facility. If you purchase our service, you are agreeing to this.

    Time To Complete Repair The majority of our orders are shipped out in 7 - 10 business days or less starting the morning AFTER your part arrives. This is not a guarantee on time. Delays can and do happen. Because we are all normal people with families and lives outside of work, please understand that we pour our heart and soul into EVERY order, no matter how long it takes.

    Keypads/Touchpads Keypads/Touchpads whether built into the part we are repairing or separate, are NOT included in our repair fee unless you are purchasing specifically a repair service for such. However, if you send the keypad/touchpad with the control board we will diagnose it for free! If it is malfunctioning we will quote you the cost of repair or replacement.

    Accidental Order Refunds If you order this service by mistake, or, you change your mind, no problem! You have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund if your part was never sent to us. If we receive your part prior to your request the diagnostic fee of $75.00 will be charged and is non-refundable. The remaining portion of the service fee is refundable.

    Non-Repairable Orders Unfortunately in our industry not everything can be repaired. If your part can't be repaired we will retain the diagnostic fee of $75.00 and refund the remaining amount. Please know that we do everything in our power to repair your part, if it is deemed non-repairable it's a decision that was not made lightly.

    Shipping Charges Shipping charges are refundable as long as the item hasn't been shipped. If your part was deemed non-repairable and you have us recycle it, shipping charges you paid will be refunded. If we at any point in the transaction ship the part to you the shipping charges become non-refundable.

    Proprietary Parts Circuit boards can contain proprietary components. Proprietary components contain protected data or components that were made specifically for that part. Micro-Controllers, Screens, Transformers, and Keypads are proprietary. If they need to be replaced, there will be an additional fee based on the cost of the component needed.

    Donor List If a proprietary component is bad and can't be immediately sourced, we will give you the option of keeping the order active while we hunt down the proprietary component needed to complete the repair. Choosing to go on the donor list makes the entire service non-refundable due to the time investment to locate the component.

 

Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and the product’s shipping origin.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
