Backup Power Battery Case: Connect the charging cable to Battery Case and plug into any USB charging port. DO NOT use any type c charger with your case.  we suggest you can use 1.5A phone charger or Computer USB Port etc for charging.                                                                       

Power ON/OFF: There is no power on/off button on Hearing Aids. when you take the device out of the charging box. it is in power on.  if you put the device into the charging case, it is in power off.                                                                

LOW Battery Warning: if charging case is in low battery, the middle indicator light become flashing blue to remind you of charging. if the case is charging ,the light become flashing green.
