Ingredients: leftover raclett (meat raw or marinated) 4 cooked potatoes, 1 cup crème fraîche or cream tomato paste, 1-3 tsp raclette spice, 1 bag of grated cheese. Cut all remaining pieces of meat into small bites and fry in a pan. Finally, add the potatoes and sizzle everything together for about 5 minutes. Now you can add cream fraîche or cream and tomato paste and mix everything thoroughly. How much you spice is entirely up to you, if you use marinated meat, there will be little raclette spice to use. Taste thoroughly or make the spice mix available as a table spice, so everyone can season according to their own taste. Try out what tastes because for this type of fondue you can use all leftovers from meat to vegetables. Simply fill the finished mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese and bake at about 175°C in the oven until the cheese turns brown. 2. Recipe: Chorizo Raclette Ingredients: 400 g boiling potatoes, 4 roast chorizo sausages 100 g (or sausage of your choice) approx. 175g sliced raclette cheese. Preparation: Boil potatoes in boiling water. Finally, allow to cool briefly and remove the shell lukewarm and cut into slices. The chorizo sausages must also be peeled off the pellet and cut into edible slices from the cheese, you should also remove the edge. The preparation of a tasty sausage raclette pan, first brown the sausage in the raclett for a few minutes and then immediately sprinkle a raclette pan with potato, sausage, cheese and a pinch of raclette spice and bake in the raclette grill for about 5 minutes.
