Quest Pregnall bio-lact is a dietary supplement specifically designed to meet the increased needs of women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This is a double pack containing multivitamin tablets with calcium and DHA capsules. The tablets combine all the ingredients of Pregnall bio-grow with calcium, for better bone strengthening, as required during breastfeeding. It offers a total of 27 nutrients, including folic acid, calcium, iron, vitamins B12, D, K, C, choline, zinc, chromium and omega-3 DHA.
Folic acid: in a content of 400 μg that helps the growth of uterine tissues and the normal development of the fetus, plays a role in cell division and contributes to normal hematopoiesis. after conception, its levels increase in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding the low levels associated with damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. In fact, Pregnall also contains folic acid in the bio-available form of L-Methyl folate, for easy absorption and use by the body.
Calcium: required to maintain healthy bones and teeth, while contributing to normal blood clotting and normal energy metabolism.*
Iron and vitamin B12: contribute to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to normal energy metabolism. *
