SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE with Your-Industrial-Supplies on every order through Ebay.  We deliver to any address in the continental United States. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also please note at this time we do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or to U.S. Protectorates.

We have a huge selection of our products in stock and will ship the same day the order is received. Our customers can expect to receive most in-stock shipments within 3 business days. Products that aren't in stock will ship directly from the manufacturer within the specified time and customers can expect to receive the product 3-5 days after the stipulated lead-time.

Many of our products are shipped via standard FedEx Services. However, many of our products have to be shipped via freight carrier, due to weight and dimensions.

Truck Freight Shipments: For products that require delivery via a freight carrier, the customer will be required to be present upon delivery and will be expected to unload the product off the truck. Should the customer not have a loading dock available, please contact our Customer Care Department after placing your order through Ebay Messaging. Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery are not available.

Most of our products (unless noted otherwise on the product copy) within 30 days of purchase are refundable. Simply contact Customer Care through the Ebay Customer Portal to receive full credit. When you contact Customer Care to arrange for your return, a return address will be provided for your use.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm.

Please note that refunds are for the cost of the products only - return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and making any return shipment arrangements. Keep in mind that the products returned after 30 days of purchase or without pre-authorization through Customer Care are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee.

All returns must be shipped in resalable condition in the original packaging, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Refunds will be credited following the receipt of the product.
