1. Repair of soft plugs: (1) The clogging of the soft plug refers to the disconnection failure caused by the increase in the viscosity of the ink on the nozzle due to various reasons. Sometimes it is only attached to the of the nozzle of the ink outlet. Generally, it can be recovered by dipping in the original ink and it for many times.
2. Repair of hard plugs:
(1) Scope of application of the immersion method: The obstruction is light. Solution: First find a metal container with a bottom , and add a little 95% concentration of organic solvent alcohol solution to the container. The alcohol should just cover the stainless steel edge of the print head but do not let it Where the PCB board comes into with alcohol. The soaking time generally ranges from 2 hours to 4 days.
(2) The scope of application of the pressure method: the obstruction is heavier. Solution: Use the plastic tube or needle part of a infusion set to make the interface between the syringe and the ink supply port of the print head (the joint must be tight), After the interface is made, place the head of the print head in 95% organic solvent alcohol, and inhale the alcohol through the print head (note that it can only be inhaled) into the syringe needle for several times. The advantage is that the effect is good. Generally clogged printheads can be washed this way. It is worth noting that when inhaling alcohol, the force should be uniform and consistent.
