How to Use
Slide the back cover and remove it, insert a standard SIM card for use. Specific reference user manual.
The reason you can't find a signal is due to the default SIM card information ESIM set from factory, it needs to be switched to SIM on the backend. Here are the steps to do so:
First, connect to WiFi, the password is 1234567890, then open your browser and enter 192.168.100.1. Use "admin" for both the username and password. On the left side of the page, find and open "Advanced Settings" and look for the SIM card information. In the middle of the page, find "esim" and switch it to "sim". Enter the password "admin8888", then go back to "Device Operations" in the Advanced Settings menu and restart the device.

Question: How to deal with the problem of not being able to connect to wifi?
Answer: 1. Check if the card is not activated or not enabled, which is caused by no traffic; 2. The card is inserted in the wrong place, where the memory card should be inserted (where the SIM card should be inserted); 3. The frequency band of the SIM card does not match the frequency band of the machine. You need to change the SIM card to a frequency band that matches the machine to use it (such as your SIM card is B2, B4, B7, B20) but the machine is (B1/B3). At this time, it cannot be used without a matching frequency band, and it cannot connect to wifi; 4. The machine frequency band matches the SIM card frequency band, but it still cannot connect to wifi. At this time, you need to connect to the computer, which will automatically install the software. Open the software to check the APN of the machine, and call the operator to ask for the detailed data of the APN. If it does not match, you can use it after changing it in the software.
