How do I wash Afro puff drawstring hairpieces?
1. Prepare some cold or warm water and shampoo before washing the hair.
2. Put the hair in the water and make sure it is completely wet, then add the shampoo. Gently press it with your hand until it foams, and wash it for a while.
3. After washing out the foam with clean water, use a conditioner and gently squeeze out the water with your hands. Do not twist and squeeze.
4. Dry the wet hair with the towel first. Then let it dry naturally, the hair dryer is not recommended.
Tip: Make sure you wash the hair with shampoo, not detergent or washing powder, as this will shorten the life of the hair.
Daily care
Since synthetic fibre hair has different properties than human hair, you need to care for the hair differently to make it last as long as possible.
1. Comb it easily, treat your afro puff like your own hair.
2. The choice of shampoo is very important. We recommend you buy a mild shampoo or shampoo specially designed for synthetic hair.
3. Do not use curling irons, blow dryers or hot styling devices.
4. Prepare a non-greasy wig care product. If your afro puff starts to look dry or lackluster, spray a little. Leave it on for an hour and then wipe off the excess oil with a towel, then it will become soft and shiny and prevent static.
5. If you do not wear it, please put it back in the packaging. The next time you wear it, take it out and shake it lightly to restore its original appearance.
