Instructions for use:
Before the knee tape, make sure your skin is cleaned and degreased, and then position the application.
To avoid possible skin irritation, the use of a hair dryer or other heat source to dry kinesiology tape is not recommended.
To ensure the effectiveness of kinesiotape, bondage tape must be applied directly to the skin surface. Too much hair can affect the effectiveness and cause discomfort.
If there is adhesive residue when removing physio tape, remove it with warm water and soap.
