1. Time setting:
- Turn the button to set the timer (in 1 minute increments; seconds cannot be adjusted).
- Turn clockwise to increase the value (`00:00 → 01:00 → ...`) and counterclockwise to decrease it (`00:00 ← 60:00 ← ...`).

- Start and run:
Short press the [START] button to start the countdown. The progress bar for the current minute flashes and a grid disappears every minute.
- Countdown end:
When the timer reaches "00:00", the alarm will sound. During the alarm, briefly press any button to stop it. After the alarm is finished, the display returns to the last set countdown time.

3. Count Up Time Mode:
- Start and run:
In the standard display state (`00:00`), briefly press the [START] button to start the forward time. The progress bar for the current minute flashes and a grid is added every minute.
- Clear timer:
In the pause state, briefly press the [RESET] button to clear the timer and return to the default state.
- Cycle operation:
The forward time runs in a 60 minute cycle.

4. Signal light prompt function:
When the countdown duration is set to ≥10 minutes:
- Green light (slow flashing): from the beginning of the countdown to 68% of the remaining time, it flashes once every 60 seconds.
- Yellow light (slow flashing): from 68% to 90% of remaining time, it flashes once every 30 seconds.
- Red light (slow flashing): from 90% to 100% of remaining time, it flashes once every 15 seconds.
- Red light (fast flashing): flashes 4 times per second during the last 5 seconds of countdown.
>**NOTE**: The red light (fast flashing) warning applies to all countdown durations.
