Wie oft sollten Interdentalzahnbürsten angewendet werden? Die Zwischenzahnbürsten sollten einmal täglich verwendet werden. Dies genügt, um beispielsweise Zahnbelag und Essensreste gründlich zu entfernen. So einfach ist die Reinigung mit einer Interdental Bürste: Verwenden Sie KEINE handelsübliche Zahnpasta auf mit den Interdental Bürsten! Diese würden das Dentin an den Zahnhälsen beschädigen. Für eine noch bessere Pflege, kann das One Drop Only Zungengel mit der Zahn Zwischenraum Bürste genutzt werden. Feuchten Sie das Zahnbürstchen für Zahnzwischenräume leicht an – so kann sie diese besser in die Zahnzwischenräume gleiten. Führen Sie die Bürste vorsichtig leicht schräg von oben nach unten in den Zahnzwischenraum – so reizen Sie das Zahnfleisch nicht unnötig. Bewegen Sie die Zwischenraumbürsten einige Male hin und her. Ziehen Sie die Bürste heraus und wiederholen Sie die Reinigung von der anderen Seite des Zahnzwischenraums. Diesen gesamten Vorgang führen Sie bei allen Zwischenräumen durch. Biegen Sie die Dental Bürstchen bei Bedarf in die entsprechende Richtung, um auch schwer zugängliche Bereiche zu reinigen. Reinigen Sie zwischendurch immer wieder die Bürste von Speiseresten und Zahnbelag – dafür einfach unter fließend Wasser halten. Nach der vollständigen Reinigung, spülen Sie die Zahnzwischenraum Bürsten gründlich aus und lagern sie an einem trockenen Platz. Die Schutzkappe sollte nach dem Reinigungsvorgang auf die Bürste aufgesetzt werden. Im Anschluss putzen Sie die Zähne wie gewohnt. Verwenden Sie dabei am besten eine milde fluoridhaltige Zahncreme zur Remineralisierung der Zähne und Zwischenräumen. Spülen Sie zudem den Mund mit einer Mundspülung gründlich aus – so werden gelöste Partikel optimal abtransportiert. Schon sind Sie rundum frisch und topfit für den Tag!
