Glove product information and size guide.
Small (glove size 6): Fits people who usually wear shoe size EU 34–37 (UK 1.5–4).
Medium (glove size 7–9): Fits people who usually wear shoe size 38–41 (UK 5–7).
Large (glove size 10–11): Fits people who usually wear shoe size 42–45 (UK 8–10).

Most women wear Medium. Some women wear Small. Only a few women wear Large.
Most men wear Large. Some men wear Medium. Only a few men wear Small.

Sizes may vary slightly between different models due to the design. Even mittens should feel a little big when you try them for the first time, as the wool adapts to your hand shape after a while.

Is the thumb too long?
It should be long: wool gradually adapts to the body. If the thumb is too tight, it will tear easily at the joint between the thumb and the glove.
Is the size different for different gloves?
Due to the design, the gloves are different in size: gloves with suede reinforcement are slightly smaller; the Lycksele model is slightly tighter due to the higher ‘thread count’.
Do the gloves change their size?
Once you have worn the mittens for some time in wind and weather, they will adapt to your hand.
Are they suitable for Raynaud’s syndrome?
Yes, in many cases, but this is very individual. That's why we always say they are not suitable, and when they are, it's a positive surprise.
Does wool keep you warm even when it is wet?
Yes, wool can absorb most of its own weight in liquid without feeling damp and also warms when wet.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
