Product information and size notice, socks:

Why use fine hair merino wool and lambswool?
- Because these wool varieties do not itch, do not smell and warm at the same time when it's cold and cool when it's warm! Unfortunately, some people have a wool allergy and then it unfortunately itches anyway.

Different sizes?
- Yes, we make our socks in three different sizes. Small (34-37), Medium (38-41) and Large (42-45). Our socks run slightly larger.

Are the wool socks only made of wool?
- No, but we strive for the highest possible wool content. Each wool is sensitive to wear. As the floor or foot wears the sock, we need to mix in some polyamide against wear. We also use some Lycra/Spandex for the fit.

Does the pattern affect the sock?
- Yes, a pattern requires more threads and therefore the sock will be slightly stronger. This means that a patterned sock is warmer due to the number of threads, but also slightly tighter to the calf. For example, Lycksele.

Are the socks as warm as your mittens?
- No, our Varn Varma Vantar mittens are made of four layers. The sock warmth depends on your shoe choice. You need a reasonable boot on the foot, then our wool socks are a good protection from the cold. Merino wool socks are also good in heat.

Does wool warm even when wet?
- Yes, wool can absorb much of its own weight in liquid without feeling damp and also warms when wet.

How can wool socks care for feet?
- Sounds a bit incredible, but wool contains "lanolin", which has nourishing properties and is found in dry skin products where it moisturises and softens. This allows the wool socks to "care" your feet.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
