PROTOCOLO
FASE DEL TRATAMIENTO: ARMONIZACIÓN, LIMPIEZA Y ACTIVACIÓN DE LA PIEL
PASO 1.- El terapeuta deberá aplicar un poco de BALAN-C ROLL ON en la palma de sus manos y frotarlas para activar los aceites esenciales del producto, acto seguido colocará las manos a unos 7 centímetros del rostro del cliente y le pedirá que realice 3 inhalaciones profundas para armonizarlo.
PASO 2.- Desmaquillar el rostro del paciente con AGUA MICELAR HUMECTANTE aplicando el producto con almohadillas de algodón y masaje de remoción.
PASO 3.- Higienizar el rostro del paciente con LUMACA SHAMPOO retirando excesos con esponjas húmedas.
PASO 4.- Aplicar un poco de GEL EXFOLIANTE DE NUEZ Y CHABACANO en zonas puntuales (frente, nariz, pómulos, barbilla y cuello), acto seguido distribuir el exfoliante con un suave masaje de remoción iniciando en cuello y terminando en frente. Retirar excesos con esponjas húmedas.
FASE DEL TRATAMIENTO: TONIFICACIÓN, EXTRACCIÓN Y CAUTERIZACIÓN
PASO 5.- Brumizar BRISA MARINA en rostro y cuello colocando el atomizador a 10cm de distancia del rostro del cliente y atomizando de 1 a 3 veces, acto seguido penetrar el producto dando ligeros tecleteos con la yema de los dedos.
PASO 6.- Aplicar un poco de ACEITE DESINCRUSTANTE SALIDERM con masaje de penetración y llamadores sanguíneos para aperturar los poros de la piel.
PASO 7.- Aplicar un poco de GEL CONDUCTOR en zonas puntuales (frente, nariz, pómulos, barbilla y cuello), acto seguido distribuirlo con un suave masaje.
PASO 8.- Realizar extracción con espátula ultrasónica, saca comedones y extracción manual siempre utilizando guantes y gasas estériles.
PASO 9.- Una vez finalizada la extracción brumizar BIODERMIC LOCIÓN para cauterizar las pequeñas lesiones que se hayan provocado durante la extracción (alertar al cliente de que es posible que sienta un ligero picor al aplicar el producto el cual es normal y transitorio).
FASE DEL TRATAMIENTO: TRATAMIENTO
PASO 10.- Aplicar MASCARILLA DTOX SPIRULINA con brocha o pincel facial. Tiempo de pose 20 minutos.
Si nota la mascarilla muy pesada puede hidratarla en un bowl con agua destilada o cualquier Hidrolato para hacerla mas extensible.
Durante el tiempo de pose se recomienda realizar refloxoterapia podal, digitopuntura o masaje relajante en gemelos y pies utilizando ACEITE DE CAFÉ TOSTADO para activar la circulación sanguínea y linfática.
PASO 11.- Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de pose retirar la mascarilla con esponjas húmedas y brumizar nuevamente BRISA MARINA.
FASE DEL TRATAMIENTO: SELLO DE TRATAMIENTO
PASO 12.- Aplicar un poco de SUERO HA en zonas puntuales (frente, nariz, pómulos, barbilla y cuello), acto seguido distribuir el producto con un suave masaje ascendente. Una vez distribuido el producto realizar tecleteos y ventosas con las palmas de las manos para estimular la absorción del producto.
PASO 13.- Aplicar BLUE ELIXIR o PROTECTOR SOLAR con ligeros toques para evitar grumos.
PASO 14.- Cerrar energéticamente el tratamiento brumizando BALAN-C SPRAY por encima del aura del cliente.

- Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Refund Processing
• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Claims:
Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us Mail: support@ibspot.com. With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
