You are purchasing an Evel Knievel First Edition biographical book that is a must have for anyone wanting to know more about the life and career of an American icon. This book is chocked full of stories recounted by the man himself! All books are brand new and in mint condition. This book took Evel several years to put together and it contains never seen before photos acquired directly from his own personal collection. In the book Evel reveals his many famous girlfriends as well as unknown facts about his career. Did you know he robbed a few banks and does not mind admitting it??? This book has not been published since 1999 and is now collectible! Measurements of item are approximately 7 1/4" x 5 1/2".
All Daredevil_Entertainment auctions include a one-of-a-kind jelly bracelet made for Evel Knievel Days event in Butte, MT. As most people know Evel died from a condition known as Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, or the hardening of the lungs. They never discovered what caused him to develop this disease (hence the Idiopathic term). Once he was diagnosed with this incurable disease, he spent much time raising awareness about IPF. We partnered with the IPF Foundation to raise money at our event by producing and selling these bracelets with all proceeds being donated to IPF. Unfortunately, we produced WAY more bracelets than could ever be sold at the three-day event and they were date stamped. Instead of throwing them away we have opted to include them in our orders to continue to promote awareness of IPF in EK's honor! In addition, we use our famous longtime mascot “Rocket” in all auctions, so buyers recognize us as authentic.
The total shipping, handling, and insurance for this item is $6.50 within the USA. Daredevil_Entertainment uses only quality packing materials & takes great care in the packaging of all our products. Our maximum handling time is three business days after payment (usually done the next day whenever possible). We expect payment within 7 days of auction end.
