Directions For Use
- A hot compress helps with milk flow by relaxing the breast tissue and dilating the milk ducts, which can ease the let-down reflex and promote smoother, more efficient breastfeeding. It can be used with a breast pump while expressing to help reduce expression time and increase milk flow.
- A cold compress can help reduce swelling, numb pain, and alleviate discomfort from engorgement or mastitis.
- Gently place pack on the affected breast, ensuring it is wrapped in a thin cloth or towel to protect your skin. Apply for 15-20 minutes at a time, and you can repeat this every 1-2 hours as needed.
USP 61& 62 for the filling material, BPA for the PVC film.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
