Lost or Damaged Items:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement package to you as soon as possible. Please note that is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not take any responsibility.
